100km Challenge June 5th – July 7th 2017
Your challenge is to run 100km in 33 days from June 5th to July 7th. That equates to about 21km a week. This challenge is good for those that don’t regularly run but want to have a go at a running event this year like the City to Surf. the LFL community vibe will help get you to 100km and in top shape for your run.
Hunter Valley Winery Run/Weekend: July 15th – July 17th 2017
Now that you’re super fit from running 100km in 33 days, put yourself to the test at the Winery Runs in wine country up at the Hunter Valley. With an event for everyone (marathon, half marathon, 10km and 5km) there is no excuse to not join your LFL buddies for this epic event mid year. Since we will be in wine country for the day it would be totally irresponsible of us not to sample the local wineries now wouldn’t it? LFL mini bus will leave 12pm Saturday the 15th 12pm, we’ll run and wine Sunday the 16th and you’ll be back in Sydney 12pm Monday the 17th. 40 Days FiT September 2017
40 Days Fit is your chance to work winter coat and knuckle down for 40 days and really transform your body into a fit, lean machine. If you feel like crap after winter and you’ve been looking for something to focus on to get you in peak physical condition in 2017 then 40 Days FiT is your answer. This is Legion’s 5th Fitness and Body Transformation Challenge over the last couple of years and the results and effort has been nothing short of remarkable. I plan to run just two challenges a year. One in February and one in September. In the challenge I’ll encourage you to aim for 40 workouts in 40 days, to follow my Nutrition Transformation Guide and you get total accountability from me and awesome support from the LFL community.
