How much does it cost?
Am I fit enough?
YES. Our sessions are designed to accommodate people of all levels of fitness. We’re experts at exercise modification and progression.
What do I need to bring?
We recommend you always take sunscreen, a water bottle, a towel and a hat. All participants need to be wearing a shirt and running shoes. If you suffer from asthma, you should bring your asthma puffer.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend. However, they must register with Legion Fitness Living and book into the session.
Can I just show up at a session, having not booked?
No. You must make a booking through Legion Fitness Living if you would like to attend.
What happens if I am late to a session?
If you are running more than 5 minutes late for a session, then you are not permitted to join the session. This is because the warm-up process is a vital part of the session and it is too risky to miss it.
What happens if I can’t make a booked session?
We understand that best laid plans sometimes come unstuck. If you can’t make a booked session please login to the online timetable within 90 minutes of the class to remove your booking. If it’s within 90 minutes of your class, please SMS your respective trainer.
How do I cancel a booking?
- Login to the Legion Fitness Living online timetable
- Click on the session that you’re booked in to that you want to cancel
- Press the ‘Cancel booking’ button
What happens in the instance of poor weather?
All sessions go ahead unless the weather is really extreme. In this instance, we will notify you via email and/or SMS, we’ll post on the forum and change the class on the online booking calender to ‘Cancelled’. We’ll do this at least one hour before the session. If you don’t hear from us class is on.
What if I’m going on holidays or going away for work?
You can suspend your membership at any time with 7 days notice.
What should I do if I am finding the session too difficult?
Sessions are always designed to work at each participant’s individual pace. If you are not coping with the intensity of the session, it is OK to slow down or to stop. In this instance, you should notify the trainer that you are struggling. Remember to go at a pace that you are comfortable at. We can ALWAYS modify classes to cater for all fitness levels. Just come with a positive attitude and willingness to try and we have years of experience to ensure everyone gets a safe and challenging workout.
How do I know which type of session to choose?
All sessions are designed for people of varying ages, body shapes and fitness levels. And, all sessions are designed with variety in mind so that participants improve all facets of their fitness and the sessions remain enjoyable.
Can I bring my child to participate?
Participants must be 16 years and above. No children are permitted to participate in the sessions and no babies/children are permitted to attend while the parent works out unless there is another adult supervising them whilst you exercise.
What should I do if I have existing health conditions?
We determine through our pre-screening questionnaire if you are required to seek a medical clearance from your doctor before beginning the program.
Hoe long do the sessions go for?
All classes are 60mins except lunch time classes, they are 50mins.
